Time in the room
A standard slot is fifteen minutes and a double is thirty. Nobody has to explain why they need the longer one. Running late is preferable to rushing an examination.
About the clinic
A small practice, deliberately kept small
NeoCare Clinic opened as a two-room surgery above a bakery. We have grown since, but the rule has not changed: enough doctors to see you properly, few enough that reception still knows your voice on the phone.
Our story
How the clinic came about
The practice started because two family doctors were tired of ten-minute appointments. They wanted enough time to ask the second question, the one that usually matters more than the first. So they took a lease on a small floor, bought a decent examination couch, and told patients they could book a double slot without justifying it.
Word spread the way it does in a neighbourhood. A paediatrician joined, then a dentist, then a small laboratory so that patients would stop being sent across town for a blood count. Today NeoCare runs seven consulting rooms, a dental suite and an on-site lab, and still holds back part of every day for people who wake up unwell and cannot wait a week.
We are not a hospital and we do not pretend to be. When something needs a specialist or an operating theatre, we say so quickly and we make the referral ourselves rather than handing you a phone number.

The same familiar doctor
Continuity is the cheapest clinical tool there is. Ask for a specific doctor when you book and we will hold that slot wherever the timetable allows.
Plain explanations
You should leave knowing what you have, what we are doing about it, and what would make you come back sooner. If a diagnosis is uncertain, we say that too.
Honest referrals
If the right answer is a specialist, a scan or an emergency department, we send you there straight away rather than filling another appointment first.

Founded the practice. Runs the chronic care clinic for diabetes and blood pressure, and reviews every referral that leaves the building.
