A look around before you arrive

The first desk you meet. Registration takes about five minutes and queue numbers are issued from 07:45.

Seats for around thirty people, a corner set aside for children, and water and a nappy-change table at the back.

One of seven rooms. Standard slots run fifteen minutes here, doubles thirty, and the desk faces you rather than a screen.

Where dressings, injections, minor procedures and adult vaccinations are done, run by the nursing team.

Restorative work, extractions and children’s checks, with digital radiography in the same room.

Blood counts, glucose, lipids, thyroid panels and urinalysis. Routine samples taken in the morning are usually reported the same afternoon.

Common prescriptions are dispensed here, so most patients leave with their medication rather than a piece of paper.

Growth checks, feeding advice and the full childhood immunisation schedule, including the Saturday morning baby clinic.

Nine clinicians and twelve nursing and laboratory staff. Ask for the same doctor when you book and we will hold that slot where we can.
